At Sugar & Slice Bakery, every cake, cupcake, cookie, and sweet creation is prepared with care, and we want you to be delighted with your order!
Because our products are fresh, perishable food items, once an order has left our bakery, it cannot be returned and refunds cannot be issued.
Unfortunately, once your goodies head out our door, we can no longer control how they are transported, handled, stored, or enjoyed—so all sales are final.
Please Take a Peek Before You Leave!
Before leaving the bakery, we encourage you to take a moment to make sure your order is exactly what you expected. If something doesn’t look right, please let us know before you leave, and we’ll be happy to address your concerns.
For custom orders, we also recommend reviewing names, dates, colors, messages, quantities, and other important details when placing your order.

If you believe we made an error with your order, please contact Sugar & Slice Bakery as soon as possible. We appreciate the opportunity to hear your concerns and determine how we may be able to help.
